Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

1. I hereby, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27 July 2006, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the processing of my personal data to the owner of the website https://www.czl.ru/ (hereinafter — the "Operator").

1. Purpose of processing: receiving and processing requests for the purchase of equipment; concluding and performing a contract of sale; communicating to clarify the details of a request; providing information on the status of an order and its delivery; providing consultations.

2. List of personal data to the processing of which consent is given:

- Surname, first name, patronymic;
- Telephone number;
- E-mail address;
- Name of organization (if applicable);
- Position/job title (if provided);
- Delivery address;
- Content of the request.

3. List of actions with personal data to which consent is given: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

4. Methods of processing: automated processing using computer equipment; non-automated processing; mixed processing.

5. Term of validity of the consent: this consent is valid from the date it is given until the purpose of the personal data processing has been achieved. The User has the right to withdraw this Consent to the processing of personal data by notifying the Operator by sending the Operator a free-form statement by e-mail to info@czl.ru or by postal mail to the address: 1 Tkatskaya Street, Moscow, 105318.

6. Procedure for withdrawing consent: The data subject has the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending the Operator a free-form statement. In the event of withdrawal of consent, the Operator shall cease processing the personal data and destroy it within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal, except in cases where processing may be continued on the basis of the law.

I have been notified that withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data may result in the impossibility of providing services and fulfilling the Operator's obligations to me.

This consent constitutes an independent document and does not form part of any other document.
